Schani's Poha are pressed, flat rice flakes primarily used in Indian cuisine. The flakes readily absorb liquids such as sauces and cook faster than regular rice. Poha is also part of the name of various Indian dishes and is often used in desserts or to prepare a popular breakfast dish.

Preparation instructions : Poha is a popular dish from Central and Northern India. The rice flakes are soaked in water for a few minutes. Curry leaves and mustard are fried in hot oil, followed by vegetables. Once the vegetables are soft, the rice flakes are added and the dish is garnished with peanuts and a little shredded coconut.
